We shall comply with all Labour Laws and other Laws/ Statutory regulations
applicable to us and/ or the personnel to be employed/ engaged by user which
might become applicable to the Govt. of Haryana with regard to Performance to
the work including but not limited to the minimum Wages act. Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition’s) Act. ESIC Regulations, Payment of Bonus Act etc.
From time to time to take such steps as may be deemed necessary this regards

We will be solely responsible for any and all such payment to our employees that
might become applicable under any law, agreement, during the currency of the
contract.
